Great Equipment Management Tool

 

We started using Club Vitals 3 months ago and already it is much easier to manage nearly 200 pieces of equipment.  Our reporting and response time has been cut to 1/3 of what it was before this system.  As the Director, I can see exactly what’s going on with our equipment at any time and from any computer or my phone.  The ability to assign tickets to my mechanic or a vendor for a warranty item is quick and easy.   You don’t have to be a computer wizard to use this system it is very user friendly.   The customer support is generally very good and they work quickly to resolve the problem.  I recommend this system to all gyms and I like the ability to add additional machines for the same price.

Club vitals has been running phenomenally and the customer service with the one issue I had with the program was amazing as well. I had access allowance change so I couldn’t add or edit tickets somehow and I emailed and called and within a day the issue was fixed and the csr was very polite.

We are happy with Club Vitals software. It has been helpful in keeping us informed of any maintenance issues. We have received positive feedback from our customers regarding the use of Club Vitals.
